In this process, our task is to connect with researchers and work collaboratively to provide the statistical analysis, training, advice and support needed.
Effective communication is an important part of our role, and the start of a typical project often involves the communication process with the client to define the scope of the issue. For example, the customer may be seeking support for clarification or analysis of questions to be asked analytically for a topic he is working on. At this stage, it is appropriate to specify a detailed proposal of the study, including what data will be needed, methods to be used, deliverables and timeline. After the project starts, we carry out the analysis, advice or training required for the project within the agreed time frame.
